Okay so i FINALLY went to the dr after having this annoying cough for the past couple of weeks... just a cough though..nothing else.. but on Wednesday it took a rather painful turn.. was so sore from coughing and it felt like i was wearing a size 6 bra instead of 14..{LOL}... so off to the Dr on thursday.... initial reaction... "Umm... you have pneumonia...".. Yay i say... so she says lets do some tests... OK>.... X-ray .. i can handle that.... Blood tests.. thats okay as well not afraid of needles and it really doesnt hurt.... Throat swab..ummmm i have a high gag reflex..should be interesting... Nasal swab.. WHAT .. yuk.... oh and the fun part... cough something up and spit it in the jar.. {as Tracey said .. As if they dont have enough other bodily fluids to test}.. so i though .. i can handle it... that was until there were 3.. yep 3.. Nasal swabs... for everyones future reference.... AVOID NASAL SWABS..... i reckon a pap smear is better.. {sorry probably alittle too much info...lol} but anyho.. yep Definately pneumonia,,, good news... "you dont have to go to hospital, coz your young ..{thanks}.. and otherwise fit... BUT..... if you dont Rest, Stay home, and Stay inside out of the wind.. YOU WILL BE IN HOSPITAL... so okay... so this is my rest.. either sitting here or sitting at my scrap table.. VERY RELAXIN i say.. but i did sleep for 2 hours today.. so that something.. but the horrible thing is I was naughty during the week and did 3 orders at a couple of online places..sure i didnt spend that much.. but now i dont get to work the weekend and after all of the tests i have a grand total of ... wait for it... $7.00 to last me a fortnight.. YAY>. YIppee.... Woohooo.......
but its okay.. all bills are paid, house loan is 2 weeks ahead on my part, and there is food in the house.. so should be good... as long as nothing horrid happens..LOL.... so i'll probably be stalking a fair bit in the next week or two since i wont be going anywhere...LOL.....

OH CRAP! you poor lovie that sux.
Now, Ill be checking on you on a daily basis to make sure you stay out of that horrid Toowoomba wind OK.

Oh Dear, rests and following the doctor's instructions. I was hospitalized with pneumonia 7 days...1 1/2 year ago, I know what it is....so take it easy. I hope you're feeling better soon,,

Oh nooooooo!!! That's terrible!! I would love to help you out a bit but I'm afraid we are all out of action with a dodgy tummy bug :-( :-( :-( NOT what you need on top of everything!!! We should be better soon tho (fingers crossed) so yell if you need anything!!
