nothing..

so i have NOTHING to show..dont get me wrong i've done 3 layouts this week..just have nothing to show.. i HATE to admit it but i've been caught up {THANK you BB} in the twilight books.. i finished new moon tuesday, watched the dvd tues night and then started on the eclipse book..which i finished tonight..yep thats a BIG book..so now i have to watch the movie and then the next book so i'm all caught up.. i think i may have said this before..but i think i like it SOLELY for the romance of it.. i'm a HUGE sucker for romance.. so yep.. waiting..lol.. i saw a page on facebook the other day.. "i want to be slammed up against a wall and kissed like you mean it.." and well sometimes i think WOOT WOOT that would be sensational.. and then a YOUNGIN from work {they took me out the other night..boy did i fell so old with them...lol} said that quote from a movie.. "sometimes you just have to sleep with a 25 year old.." so does anyone know any...LOL>. anyho. so that has been my week..
so i thought i'd share this with you......



yeah i know OLD School dance hey.. heard it on the radio the other day on the way home from taking the kids to daycare..and thought..oh those were the days..... but atleast it got Rihannas S&M out of my head.. i think .. there is something wrong with me....eek..

well you know how i warned you YESTERDAY that it was a long post.. well this one is way WORSE... superbly long............

and now onto the BOXX newsletter... well as most of you know i have been doing the Book of You kits.. i chose the kit stuff and then do layouts relating to YOU as the theme... anyho. i must admit right off the get go that i am NOT happy with these layouts.. i'm not sure why..but they just well.... blah me....so here goes.... {{FEEL free to skip to the end but still leave a comment...hehehe}

i sent out a thing to the subscribers asking them to let me know what they wanted as themes..one came back as a SONG you like or means something... well this song is something that oneday i will find.... i know..but sometimes i do get lonely.... {{DONT LAUGH BB>>>....}

the photo.. a crappy old one..but still a photo of me.. i loved that journalling that was on the pp that i chose so i JUST had to cut it out and use it....
some stitching and the words to the song.. and YEP the "love" and "hurricane" are from the same sheet of alphas.. i got a white one and then just changed to suit my layouts.. {note below i have used them again in some other colours..so versitile...}

well spending time with my soul is a big part of what i love doing..even though sometimes i just wonder.. you know the times where you just have enough and have to lock them outside... oh i kid.. no seriously i dont.. LOL...anyho.."Our Time"
i actually thought alittle bit about this one..and took photos on the way so i will load this into the kit group..so a step by step instructions with photos.. i know ADVANCED hey..lol
the letters again..and some paint and some ripped tissue paper.. cool.. the flower .. i like how that turned out..

and the cage and bird was on the tissue i just stuck it to some chipboard first to give it some depth and strenght... and THEN.... another suggestion was a TEENAGE page... so i dug out some photos of my ever present nieces.. Tosharn this time....

another couple of flowers..the bottom one i made from the pink paislee artisan tape.. love that one and will definately try it again...and YEP i just added the other numbers randomly coz well it was a WHOLE lot of random for this one... so have you had enough .. i probably think so.. but tomorrow is tuesday and then Wednesday ..getting photos printed...and then its thurday.. and then FRIDAY and that will lead me right to the Scrapbooking Expo.. at south bank..yep i am goin on the Saturday and SUnday..so be there or be square... seriously.. PLEASE say hello to me it will make me feel so very special....... and if you are unable to attend.. SUCKER... hehehe..sorry just had to rub it in.. sorry .. for the long post again..and getting slightly side tracked at the end of this.. PLEASE leave me some LOVING.....

so the most ever so freaking talented Jules asked me to do a sketch for the boxx for June... so this is the sketch i did....

well i think she is gorgeous..now to edit and print them in time for the class...lol..

oh and i managed second game of soccer today.. FULL game playing Centre MIdfield.. i mean seriously what do they think i am.. like 12..andyho..and i WENT out on the town..well for alittle while with the Yunngins from work..they are fun and gorgeous so i played NANNA for the night..hehehe..so i'm thinking the goin out thing was heaps fun and i really should do it more often...yay.. okay then enought of my babbling brooks.. Belinda told me i had to read the book and then i watched the movie coz i was home alone..and i must say that the Jury is still out as to weather i like it or just how i feel really..and then i watched the HANGOVER and was alittle disappointed.. it wasnt as FUNNY as i had thought.. it was still funny but just now CRACK me up funny..

see i glimmered straight onto the photos as well.. just place an old plate over the photos and sprayed like mad...... and then instead of stitching just added some drawn lines.. i really like the effect here.. and yep the sketch is in there SOMEWHERE.. well i started with it anyho..

just coz i wanted to do a layout using the BIG photo of the bubbles and some of the kids playing... not really sure if i like it but its growing on me...
