its FINALLY here......

well i 've finally made it and a HUGE yipee to me.. when i first started this blog.. thanks to the PEEPS for their encouragement i NEVER ever thought that i'd get over 100 followers..and wowzers..its just stunning.. and i know i've said it heaps and heaps and probably abit more but you guys are my lifeline.. I wouldnt have been able to cope without your support through this Past NEARLY Year.. so a huge thanks.. and so i am giving away alittle something...

NEW Birdy Girl Creation... FOREVER....

howdy.. WELL you could say i'm alittle excited.. you see its my FIRST post for BIRD IS THE WORD..... woohoo..total excitement.. so this fortnights word is FOREVER.................... "Cherish Forever" OH OH and the original saying is ... cherish forever what makes you unique, cuz you're really a yawn if it goes..lol. how funny is that.. i just left the last bit off..but it truely is a TARJ saying.... heheeeee.... yep.. took the original early in the morning the other day..and as you are about to see.. it was dodgy..so took another..but you will get the drift for the closies..lol... *************INSERT dodgy PHOTO WARNING,,,WARNING.. so i used the new Crate TOYBOX range that i brought from Scrapz Biz and then some Lil Red Rocket mini doileys that i misted 2 different colours, throw in some Chip shapes from Cosmo Cricket and then add the most coolio BADGE from Barrel of Monkeys.. and there you have it.... so PLEASE dont forget to come over and PLAY......

Scrap the Boys... first ever entry.

MY first EVER scrap the boys entry... well you see i have been feeling well that poor Tarj is alittle left out sometimes.. i mean i have heaps of photos of both but Ivy just seems to be easier to scrap for some stupid reason..not sure why..but at the moment i think its the dotty togs that are doin it..lol.. so i wanted to do a TARJ... so this is it.. "Deep In Thought" so you see..you had to use a piece of the boys clothing as inspiration..the catch the photo HAD to have said piece of clothing in it... so i drew from the colours, the GREY, RED, and Black... i think it works...

PS..note to self and anyone who actually reads this.. you really should water down your water colour paint instead of using it straight out of the tube.. the sewing machine foot seams to get STUCK on it for some reason..PSML.........

a bit of boyishness..... and the Scrapmatts gear..... oh and did you see the paint and stains on his shirt.. hence the dirty type of page..lol. and Foam stuff and all kinds of boy things..

OH yeah BABY.. Lil Red Rocket..

Well its ALMOST here.. the LIL RED ROCKET sale.. and personally i CANT wait... so when i received my dt goodies i Knew i had to do a cutsie girly layout... so went seeking some inspiration..and i didnt have to look far.. just one of my besties.. Renee.... yay.. thanks.. "Sweet Reflection". and dont forget some closies...... yep.. how SUPER CUTE is that Lil red rocket bottle cap..super sweet.. and the dottly letters.. well there is a story.. whilst at the show last week i found some thickers.. and as some of you may or may not know i have a slight obsession with thickers.. and i just couldnt decide which ones to get... you see there were 4 different colours of this one font... and in the end with alittle help from Renee i decided on the RAW ones..yep raw thickers.. so i was able to colour them red and then put some white dots on and HOW super awesome do they look..yay.

the next couple are of the super HUGE flower i got From Kim.... i added a couple of layers of the basic grey petals..and wallah..an even more SUPER huge flower..

teamed up with some scrapmatts flourishes {cb 1118 floral designs} it came up a treat..

oh COME On now....

so you see.. i had a CHALLENGE.. and it was a goody.. i had to use THIS......... yep.. my first reaction was a HUGE omfg how the bejeabers and i supposed to use that...and the challenge was worse.. you could also only use 1 piece of cardstock and 1 piece of single side pp... but it gets worse...one of those had to be cut into... 1 - 16.5cm square, 1 - 10cm square, 1- 8cm square and 4- 3.5cm squares... and that was it.. you couldnt cut them again or anything..you could add any other embellies as long as NOT out of pp.... and i created... "My True Colours" in the end i was rather happy with it... yep i know.. {back to an oldie photo..but oh well..lol..} so of COURSE i added HEAPS of scrapmatts.... yep.. i love these dress forms.{cb6036}. just had to get me some more of them last week at the craft show in brissy.... and then the frame.. {cb 6041} yep another from my trip friday... did you see i've done it again... covered things with thread..fun..... and for the title..well i had no idea until the end.. and well this seemed to fit... oh and did you see the Flourishes [cb 4024} that i left raw and layered.. below is a better pic so you can see the height... so there you have it CHALLENGE complete.. i think i need a gold star for that one..... and then the next is also a challenge from our local group.. a blind challenge..that is where you get a set of instructions and you have to create a page from them.. so i knew that i needed 1 piece of card and 3 pieces of pp.. so i got my NEWLY arrived Jellibean soup pp's.. {not usually my style but thought i'd give them a go...} and i created.... "3 today" must admit i was alittle naughty in that i looked alittle ahead on instructions an punched the bottom strip {wasnt on the list} and only used 2 pieces of pp.. just the other side of one... closies.. butterflies... and the flower cabochon you can get from my shop... oh and i liked how i did this butterfly..worked out really really well.. well for now that is it.. but i have left you this..... {its in my head so i had to share}
okay.. oh and another thing.. i am alittle sad today.. 1 because my kidlet kindly donated their cold to me and 2.. out of 97 followers i only got 2 comments on my last post.. and i didnt think that layout was that bad actually..but anyho. enough of me... thanks for visiting...
