Show Us YOUR Stuff.. but today i'm showing mine...

Hello..... 

its mid month reveal for Show Us Your Stuff....

February kicked off with an awesome Challenge.. 

 for me it worked. .it happened so easily..

the thing that hit me was Circles and Patterned Paper...

so I cut and sewed some circles out of patterned paper. and then moved onto creating a background, finding the 3 photos and then i'm usually using a few different alphas in a title so that one was easy and then well handmade. YIPPEE>..

so i really should show you what i created...

"Glenelg Jetty"

 see.. i really really liked how this one ended up. 

 having recently brought my first lot of charms creations after admiring them for so long.. they were perfect... 

and a heart from Charm.. oh and that super cool camera flair from Dlish... yay

 and then a shot of my messy floor just coz i like some dimension every now and then..

Kraft Plus..........................

mmmm Kraft............ I'm sure there is a lot of people out there like me and like plain coloured backgrounds. well actually I go through stages. one minute on pattern paper backgrounds.. but at the moment I'm really loving playing with different mediums to make backgrounds. so when Kraft Plus came about I knew that I wanted to join in and play along. its always a good starting point..

 ANYHO... I had 2 attempts at this one.. but I'll show the second attempt first because I didn't get sidetracked doing it.....

 yep.. kind of not sidetracked.. but I've used the colours and the photo for inspiration.. the colours are obvious but the photo.. ahhh summer..beach.. queensland.. bliss....

 close up... the charms creation heart {I just added the button" and dlish camera flair {LOVE these}

 and some randomness in a corner...

and then here is the original attempt that got slightly sidetracked...

 some closies on that one..... the felt is all felt zig zags from Rainbow splendour that I cut up........ another crazy background...

 some super cool chipboard from scrapmatts. which I embossed.. yes another obsession at the moment.

 

and  yet another super cool flair from dlish..

 

and now i'm just throwing in a random coz I love it..

I'm, back at Show Us Your Stuff...... {a little late i know}

WHHOOOOOPS my bad...
but not really I've only just got a computer back after almost 2 whole excruciatingly long months of not having one. so I'm back in the land of blogging.....

so I have news .. yes its a little old but still news surely!!..

Anyho.

I am no on the Show Us Your Stuff design team.. yay ME..


so my first assignment was a sketch.. and we all know I love a sketch..

 

and this is my take on it...

"Delight"

yep. I played with the background slightly and instead of patterned paper I've used a felt polaroid and heart from Rainbow Splendour plus some little extra bits and pieces from my stash...... its been so long since some of these have seen the light of day.
also added some microbeads with embossing powder on the scrapmatts florish.. I likes how that turned out.

as some of you already know the January challenge has closed for Show Us Your Stuff but the new February one has started and I must admit that I had fun playing with it..
I will be back on the 15th with my reveal .. but don't wait head on over to Show Us Your Stuff and give it a go...
