so on Monday and Tuesday i had a little play, for no particular reason just because well i could.. the kids were outside playing and the weather was okay except for a few showers..so i played...

{please give me hints on how to take photos of WHITE background layouts.. i can never get it right..they either end up dark -like this one, or so totally over exposed.. eek.. darn it..crap}
but anyho. i think you can still get the drift... well i hope.. just wanted to also add how this one started.. i said to myself.. self lets do some scrappin..so went into my room and the leftovers were sitting on my desk so i thought why not.. so i cut and misted the kraft grabbed some white cardstock and stuck them down, added the strip of sass and then punched and added the butterflies.. so wallah scraps used..woohoo.. then i just had to find photos and stuff to go with it.. oh and i had made the WINGS before.. i was goin to make them into a ATC but they were screaming at me to put them on her.. Holy crap i just rabbled on abit there ... so i will stop talking now.....

The Boxx Sketch...

This month the AMAZING Tanya Tahir created the sketch for the month over at the Boxx ..

and i know that i cant win or anything...but i JUST LOVE a good sketch... so here is

woohooo... the new crate toy box and Emmas shoppe ranges are so so so CUTE...i just had to turn the sketch on its side..i just couldnt possibly do it the right way up...lol...
a closie of the photo and stuff..

i left that HUGE space beside the photo for Tarj to write his name.. but when i asked him.. he well wrote it SMALL .. typical really..so then i needed the brackets to highlight it.. doh..but still looks pretty good i reckon...

the plane ... and i have a thing for alittle punched bit at the moment.. {i created 3 layouts yesterday and i'm pretty sure all of them have a punched bit..lol..}

Anyho.. thats about it for me for the day...... off to soccer training tonight with BB .. i really NEED to start exercising properly again.. isn't it amazing how you feel really crap if you dont do it as much.. eek..and YUK....

Scrapmatts day. APRIL..... nature..

its my SCRAPMATTS day today..and the theme for this month is Nature, the World around Us and Outdoors... well.. i cant do the world coz i havent been anywhere.. oh i lie..i have been JUST outside of Queensland... but i havent been too far north.. {{note to self.. you should really think about expanding your horizons..well that sounds all well and good lj but seriously you HAVENT even been on a PLANE or in a TRAIN before.. i mean you are so sheltered its not funny.. yeah well thanks for bringing that up..but the peeps have come here to see Scrapmatts..so stop blabbering on}.... Nature.. "Stop and Listen" thats alittle nature for you..lol.. i must admit though that i LOVE this layout.. thanks...lol. so the details.. the Tree [cb5044] only covered with a few pieces of twine this time..lol.. one of the BUtterflies {cb4011} and a larger one down further... i really like how these turned out.. i didnt even go out of the lines when i was colouring them in..

the Wrought Iron Fence [cb4041] complete with traling vines...

and see.. the other MUCH larger butterfly ..from the same pack as mentioned above.. and this fence is the one that i was painting with Nail polish and nearly killed everyone.. {always open a window in office when PAINTING with NAIL POLISH... its abit toxic..}

and lastly to show you the height.. see the fence is open..lol... and SUPER special mention to Nay for the super style of outsideness around the pp ..thanks i stole that idea AGAIN...lol.
